For today’s recipe, let marinate our flesh, which this time will be chicken with seasoning condiment called “powder Chinese five-spice” (Chines five spice in English ) and contains: cinnamon, cloves, fennel, anise starry, and Sichuan pepper. This seasoning, which is not very difficult to find, is usually sold in a small bottle or small envelopes in any Asian supermarket, when using it we will achieve a mixture of nuances and flavors that will enhance the flavor of the chicken.
In addition, for the maceration of our chicken, we will also use a little light soy sauce, which will give it a very tasty point, dark soy sauce to give a very interesting toasted brown color when we are going to sauté it, and finally and to soften it. our chicken and get a much juicier result, we will add a little cornstarch. Although I do not put it in the recipe, and as a totally optional step and to the taste of each person, if you have the possibility of getting Shaoxing wine (Chinese rice wine), it is also very interesting to add a splash, I used it and the result was incredible, if you can’t find this wine, it can also be substituted for a dry sherry wine.

They are very easy to cook and the result when sauteing them is delicious. It is very important not to overdo it, since they are first boiled and then sautéed, to achieve a firm texture in the mouth that will make us enjoy sauteing much more.
Of course, our vegetables should not be missing, we will use bean sprouts, chives. And red pepper and as with noodles, it is not advisable to overdo it in the cooking since its maximum point of flavor is achieved if they are a little crunchy and not too cooked. As a special touch, this stir-fry has a few drops of sesame oil that will flavor. And nuance the recipe giving a very Asian flavor point with which we will get a piece of Asia directly on our plate.
Ingredients for: 2 people

- 150 g. chicken breast
- 90 g. dehydrated egg noodles
- 100 g. bean sprouts
- 50 g. red pepper
- 30 g. chives or chives
- 1.5 tablespoon light soy sauce
- some dark soy sauce
- Sesame oil

To marinate the chicken:
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce

- Add the cornstarch, mix everything well, and reserve for later.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 1 minute, it is important that they do not overcook.
- We put them in cold water to stop cooking, drain them well, and put them in a bowl. Add a splash of sesame oil to them. We stir it well so that they do not get small and we reserve them.
- In a frying pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil, fry the chicken, when it is golden, add the red pepper and sauté for 1 minute.
- Next, we add the noodles and continue sautéing for 1 more minute.
- We lower the heat, add the bean sprouts, chives, light soy sauce, and continue sautéing.
